13Leaders – the Experiential Coaching Space
Leadership in VR? 13Leaders is not speculating about it – they are prototyping it.
The 13Leaders Experiential Coaching Space is now open on the RAUM platform, reachable with a Meta Quest headset. And the team is precise about what it is not: not a webinar room, not a slide-based workshop, not a “metaverse experiment.” It is an immersive leadership lab.
What they are exploring there is how systemic dynamics, tension and decision-making can be experienced spatially rather than explained conceptually. Three questions run through the work:
What changes when presence is embodied? When perspective shifts become physical? When responsibility turns tangible inside a shared space?
That is exactly the kind of thing a slide cannot carry. In a spatial workroom, a shift in position is a real shift – you walk it, you feel the room react, and the group sees it happen. Coaching stops being a description of a situation and becomes the situation.
13Leaders is running the space in a small co-creation phase with selected practitioners from leadership, innovation and HR. Their own summary of the approach is hard to improve on: let’s prototype instead of speculate.
