Developing a service offering in VR – is that possible?
We tried something new: working out our offering topics AIOps and Site Reliability Consultant in virtual reality.
Our goal: to find out whether, equipped like this, we can develop the current service topics and present them in a tangible way.
Our equipment and guidance: we got both from our valued colleagues at the Fujitsu Academy CE, who provided the VR headsets and access to the RAUM app.
How it went: just like in real life – except that sticky notes can be talked through, thoughts written straight into the room and 3D objects designed on the spot. That offers a lot of scope for imagination and inspiration. Almost as good as the real-world kick-off in Hanover in September this year.
Our conclusion: we want to take the next step and show it to our sales team. And who knows what comes of it …
