🚀 A glimpse into the future of learning at NÜRNBERGER Versicherung! 🚀
At the end of last year I took on the exciting task of bringing the metaverse into our future training programme at #hrqv .
I have to admit that I was sceptical at first, and my initial impression when I tried on our VR headsets was still cautious. Since then, though, we have given a lot of thought to how a VR headset can be used, exchanged ideas with other companies and already tried out an incredible amount. The highlight of that journey came last week, when I became the first person in our department to test the brand-new Apple Vision Pro – many thanks to Michael Gairing – a groundbreaking experience 🚀 that lets us experience the future today. And yes, you really do look a little odd in a headset at first, but I can assure you that my colleagues Robert Jung and Matthias Klippel did not look any better 🤣
What we learned from this feeds straight into our new training concept: in July we start our first training sessions in the virtual world on household insurance, and we are curious to see what we will take away from it. And there is more: in September we will again take part in the education congress in Berlin and continue our journey by exploring, testing and reporting on innovative teaching methods 💡 .
A new era of learning is beginning at HR-QV 🙏
