NETZSCH Pumps & Systems – the virtual NETZSCH world
Why read about a pump when you can walk around it?
NETZSCH Pumps & Systems presents its products in immersive showrooms built on RAUM – used at trade fairs, at events and in virtual customer sessions. The spaces are not only walkable: the machines in them can be operated. Visitors take a pump apart, look inside, follow the medium through the process and put it back together, together with a NETZSCH expert standing right next to them.
What that replaces is a stack of PDFs and a video call. Instead of explaining a cutaway drawing, sales and engineering show the real geometry at scale. Realistic process environments make the application context visible, pump technologies can be explored in detail, and everyone moves at their own pace – from anywhere, whenever it suits them.
For a manufacturer whose products are heavy, expensive to ship and often installed deep inside a plant, that is a practical answer to a real problem: the demo travels instead of the machine.
The collaboration has grown over several years – and, as NETZSCH puts it, there is more to come. Their invitation into the virtual NETZSCH world is here.
