invite participants

open raum manage, get logged in here:

invite participant

Select the “Invite Collaborator” button on the top right corner.

Pro Tipp: this button is only visible if you have the right level of user rights.

invite participant (PRO)

A side window will pop up, here you need to enter the new collaborators email address and his Nick name.

You need to confirm that you have his approval to send him an invite.

invite participant (BIZ)

A side window will pop up, here you need to enter the new collaborators email address and his Nick name.

You can now also add him zu your team to make future assignment to other workspace more efficient.
